  2. It depends on your use,Let me tell u the difference..
    1.o2 has 18hrs aud and 9hrs vid compared to a3's 9hrs aud n 7hrs vid...
    2.o2's screen is 4.3" > 4" of A3
    3.o2 is 205g n a3 is 280 g
4.o2 is smaller in dimensions compared to A3 [chck out their site]
5.o2 takes 4.5hrs for full recharge where as A3 takes 5.5 hrs
    6.O2 is 300$ compared to A3's 500$

    Well,
7.A3 has higher Storage compared to o2
8.A3 LCD is 800x480 compared to o2's 480x272 but both suppport max resolution of 1280x
9.A3 has inline video recording which o2 doesnt

so we can clearly see that o2 has more advantages than A3..considerign the size weight n money spent...
So for any person who uses this while travelling .. i guess both will suit him...
for ppl who spend a lot of time wiht mp3 players..i guess O2 is the best bcz of the battery..n convenience of the size price n weight

  3. Another main advantage of Cowon O2 over the Cowon A3 is

Cowon O2 has a touchscreen interface, its very easy to navigate

Cowon A3 doesnt have a touchscreen interface, it uses joystick to navigate, which can be frustrating at times , coz it takes a lot of work to get the cursor/ arrow on the screen to be moved to the proper direction .
